Florida Boat Shows 2026: Complete Statewide Calendar and Guide

Quick Answer: Florida hosts more than two dozen boat shows a year, from free regional dealer events to the world’s largest in-water shows. The remaining 2026 slate runs from the Daytona Beach Fall Boat Show (Sept. 18–20) through the Vero Beach Fall Boat Show (Nov. 21–22), with the Fort Myers Boat Show (Nov. 12–15) the biggest on the Gulf Coast this fall. The big-money circuit resumes in January 2027 with St. Petersburg, Stuart, Naples and Jacksonville, followed by Miami (Feb. 10–14) and Palm Beach (March).

Why Florida Is the Boat Show Capital

With more than a million registered vessels, Florida is the Boating Capital of the Nation, and the state hosts more than two dozen major boat shows each year, including some of the largest in the world. Florida’s boating industry generates over $31 billion in annual economic impact and supports more than 100,000 jobs statewide.

Three shows dominate the calendar in dollar terms: Miami in February, Palm Beach in March and Fort Lauderdale in late October. Everything else is built around them, and the smaller regional shows are where most Floridians actually buy their first center console, pontoon or bay boat.

Daytona Beach Fall Boat Show (Sept. 18–20)

Thirteen Central Florida boat dealers representing over 70 boat manufacturers gather in one location at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center. Admission is $5, good any day of the show; hours are Friday and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, Sunday 10 am to 4 pm. A low-cost entry point for Volusia and Flagler buyers before the winter season.

Tampa Bay Boat Show (Sept. 25–26)

The largest boating event in the Tampa Bay area showcases area boat dealers and manufacturers, from yachts to cruisers, kayaks to standup paddle-boards, along with vendors for the latest in boating and fishing supplies and accessories. Admission is free; parking is subject to fairgrounds event pricing. Hours are 10 am–5 pm at the Florida State Fairgrounds. The show’s pitch is that “you could be on the water by the end of the weekend,” and fishing and boating seminars round out the schedule.

Fort Myers Boat Show (Nov. 12–15)

The largest display of boats, boating products and services on Florida’s west coast, featuring over 500 boats on land, indoors and in the water, representing over 130 manufacturers. The four-day event in downtown Fort Myers on the Caloosahatchee River pairs in-water and on-land displays with an indoor venue packed with accessories. Admission is $20. Southwest Florida dealers describe the Fort Myers and Naples shows as where most of their local customers come to buy: big enough to have real selection, small enough that you won’t need a map.

Vero Beach Fall Boat Show (Nov. 21–22)

Local boat dealers and suppliers display their product lines, from standup paddleboards and jet skis to deck boats, pontoons, shallow-water skiffs, offshore fishing machines and cruisers. Admission and parking are free at Riverside Park.

2027 Lookahead: The Winter Circuit

Florida’s peak selling season begins the second week of January and runs through spring.

The St. Petersburg show is the Gulf Coast’s largest, with powerboats and sailboats displayed in-water and on land, plus a 40,000 sq. ft. tent housing marine equipment and accessories. Stuart is the largest boat show on Florida’s Treasure Coast, featuring more than 205 local, national and international exhibitors. Palm Beach features more than $1.2 billion worth of yachts and accessories, including hundreds of boats ranging from 8-foot inflatables to superyachts nearly 300 feet in length.

How the 2026 Miami Show Performed

The 2026 Miami International Boat Show marked the most significant revision to the show’s layout since 2018, with activities consolidated into three primary locations across Miami Beach and the surrounding waterfront. For the first time since 2018, yachts returned to Collins Avenue as part of the Miami Beach Yacht Collection along Indian Creek.

Organizers expected more than 100,000 attendees and over 1,000 exhibiting brands, with more than 1,000 vessels displayed across the three locations, and an estimated $956 million impact for the region. Miami Beach officials note the show creates demand for hotels, restaurants, retail, transportation and entertainment, and that local service providers from florists and caterers to marine specialists often pick up new clients during the week.

What Business Readers Should Watch

  • Dealer results. Regional shows are the retail channel for Florida’s dealer networks. Fall shows set inventory and pricing expectations heading into the January selling season.
  • Show pricing claims. Marine industry observers caution that “boat show pricing” can mask dealer prep and freight fees, and advise cross-referencing current dealer inventory prices online before committing.
  • Financing at the show. Representatives of finance companies and insurance agencies specializing in boating are almost always available at boat shows, most often through participating dealers, though rates vary and shopping ahead pays off.
  • Real costs of attending. Tickets are free at the smallest shows, roughly $10–18 at regional shows like Orlando and Stuart, and $40 or more at Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach. Budget $20–40 a day for parking at the big coastal shows, or use shuttles and water taxis.
